Video: Horrible Shooting at Colorado Theater

The Dark Knight Rises was indeed a dark night in Aurora, Colorado. I'm sad to post that 12 people were killed and 50 or more were injured as they sat in a movie theater. According to eye witnesses a White male around the age of 24 kicked in an exit door and threw a smoke bomb in, before letting off rounds into a packed audience of movie goers. Video footage from the theater is below. $ guns were found on the scene.  Please Keep AMERICA in your prayers and STAY SAFE Ya'll.

Celebrating Treme Brass Band Leader "Uncle" Lionel's LIFE

New Orleans doesn't celebrate death when a person dies. Instead, WE celebrate the person's LIFE. After funerals here, there is usually a LIVE Brass Band walking along the street, second lining (dancing) through the neighborhoods of the person who passed away. Often times a DJ will set up and there will be a big party. Today was the viewing of the body ceremony for "Uncle" Lionel Batiste,  the Leader of the Treme Brass Band who recently passed away. Uncle Lionel was famous in New Orleans, and the Treme area, but got his claim to fame on the HBO series "Treme." He was 80 years old. Check out the second line footage, as he brought out hundreds to the Treme area to celebrate his LIFE. Also, there is a picture from the viewing ceremony.

New Video: E.D. Nix "Can't Go Wrong"

New Orleans own E.D. Nix takes us on vacation in his latest video. A cool, chill vibe it has to it, "Can't Go Wrong" reminds me of an old school Jay-Z video. With the beach and the girls, relaxing out, maxing out.
