The Big Homie Jay-Z paid Miami's Club Liv a visit Last Sunday and set it off! Jay broke the record for most bottles of Ace of Spades popped in Club Liv. Patrons paid $300 per female and $500 per male to enter the club and tables are said to have gone for $20,000 a pop! WOW! Only Jay-Z can make something like this happen...LOL

New Orleans is FLOODED with talent as I've been ranting and raving since I started my blog. Today's "SPOTLIGHT" artist is KashFlow Da God. He has a new video out and if I was a smoker, I'd probably be listening to this while smoking and watching movies! LOL The song is produced by none other than New Orleans own Super producer Lawrence Parker aka Crack Tracks. Peep the video below....
I was watching a local television show "Next to Blow" the other night and ran across Michael Mc again!!! I'm sorry but I was sold after I heard the "I want Her" song. But I went to see his youtube videos and now I'm thinking, this guy could be the next Youtube sensation from New Orleans like Messy Mya was. He makes his own Youtube videos via his Macbook and I must say, it's actually some good stuff. I believe 10th Ward Buck is managing him. Peep out the video below.......
Rapper Common is back with a new single and it features Queensbridge Rapper Nas. I love the concept of the song. Common spews lyrics like, "I want a b*tch that look good and cook good, Cinderella fancy, but she still look hood." and "She's knows shoes, like she knows survival." Common describes the normal pretty hood girl and how that is exactly the type of women he longs for. That's really what most guys from the hood desire. That girl that reminds them of their mother. Rapper Jay-Z celebrated his "Watch the Throne" success along with friends Ne-yo, A-Rod, and Larry Johnson with performances by Meek Mills. Ace Hood, Kim Porter, Flo-Rida, Daddy Yankee amongst others were also in the building. Miami's own held it down on the ones and twos and New York's own DJ Clue was also spotted in the building. According to Club Liv, Jay-Z set a record for most bottles popped, spending $250,000 on Ace of Spades. (the champagne he made popular) Mark Cuban was the last person to hold the title after the NBA finals with $110,000 spent.
Above is a pic of the line outside Club Liv where people had started lining up since 5pm sources say. Jay-z bought bottles for the whole club!!!! Peep the video below.
Jay-Z Protege' Memphis Bleek is back with a new joint as well as a new label. After remaining loyal to Hov, Bleek is now branching out on his own. Check out his latest video off his Kushgang Label.
